Movmote Info

The player controls a glowing sprite that only has the ability to brake and change direction on a network of paths/tracks in this game.

Built during the MIT-Gambit Summer Program of 2012, Movmote is a single-player research game that analyzes players through the use of abstract metaphors. Notwithstanding that this was done in the awesomely fun city of Boston, at M.I.T, no less, it was good to do it as part of specialised team, with members in their own roles. Me and my team went through intensive course, being exposed to industry standards and rigorous practices. As the programmer, it gave me the chance to be a software engineer in a leading role, helping to program designer tools as well.
